The Rock

The Rock is back home, let The Attitude Era begin again !

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson one of the most iconic figures of the WWE (formerly WWF) has returned "home".From a college football player to The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment, Rocky showed the world that he is The People's Champion. If we go a while back before wrestling turned PG-13 there was the most successful age in wrestling called The Attitude Era , it was from the late 90's to 2001. This era was completely different in many ways, for example all the family-friendly content like heroic figures, previously known outcomes and predictability was replaced by content directed to the young adults. There were  shocking outcomes, unpredictable interruptions of matches resulting in hardcore battles off the ring breaking of glass and lots of trash-talking, and all this entangled in real life stories blurring the line between fiction and reality.

It was the era which led to the most glorious tag teams and champions like : the Brothers Of Destruction, the Dudley Boyz, the Hardy Boyz, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H which blew the top off ratings over the years. So my guess is that Vince has finally come to his senses and plans on restoring the former glory of the World Wrestling Entertainment. For people in their twenties right now this is best thing that could have happened to the WWE , and I for one of them am looking forward to watching this Wrestlemania in hope of finding the long lost feeling of watching wrestling with an anxious smile on my face from the first to the last match, and always waiting for something I don't expect to happen.

This man has proven to be one of the greatest wrestlers for all time, and also has proven himself to the Hollywood scene as a great actor, appearing in some great movies like The Rundown, The Scorpion King, Walking Tall, Gridiron Gang, Doom, The Game Plan and Faster. In conclusion let The Brahma Bull get the wrestling back in Wrestlemania 27 , and may his return bring back the Rock Bottom and the People's Elbow while marking the beginning of the New Attitude Era.
